Angel was helpful setting up the appointment and confirming my information. Mike was fantastic. He explained what went wrong and how, where the damage was and options for repairs, taught me about how best to use the garage door if it has to be disconnected from the track. He was kind and understood my stress about the problems and cost. He told me along the way how much it would be and again when new parts were needed. I’m grateful it could be fixed as I couldn’t have afforded a new door. Thank you.
