The price that was quoted to me was the price I got!! She made sure I was satisfied with the entire transaction from start to finish and beyond. Sarah didn’t just do the bare minimum she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. All the while maintaining a professional, kind and thoughtful demeanor. There were no pressure or manipulation tactics. Sarah made sure my transaction ran smoothly. Joe Williams installed my Garage door and motor. Like Sarah he was very professional, kind and courteous. Top notch experience and interaction with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician was phenomenal, highly recommend requesting Dylan Farrington! Unfortunately the previous home owners did a horrible job with the garage repair and it took Dylan triple the time of the original call estimate to repair all the mistakes. He was so committed to fixing it the right and proper way, he even called in back up to assist. Dylan explained in a very detailed but understandable way the problems and issues he found every step of the way. I appreciated being updated. All in all, a wonderful experience and will call them again if I need additional garage repairs. Thank you so much, nice to have a local company who cares about their clients! We came home one evening to our garage door not opening. We called Precision Garage Door the next morning and a professional was at our home the same morning. Tim Tomlinson was very knowledgeable of all components of the garage door and systems. He was able to assess the door and provide a diagnosis in very short order. Tim made the repairs and had our door back serviceable within a few hours. Overall really good experience.
