I called and emailed several garage door companies to repair/ replace a broken spring. I was only able to reach one live voice and it was Precision Garage Door Service. They gave me a general idea of cost for services and told me they could have someone out in the next 2 hrs. The service tech arrived under that window and reviewed my situation. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. We discussed any discounts that I might be eligible for and he found one and applied it. He replaced my springs and provided an overall checkup of my door and opener system. Door works better than it did prior to its breakdown. It’s more quiet and operates more smoothly with less vibration and carries a greater warranty. Great Job!

Thanks Precision!!! During the cold snap, in trying to open my frozen old 200 lb wooden 2 car garage door the cable-spring mechanism blew up. Not only did Walker drive up to Mt. Vernon and provide us a quote that beat your competitors, with all the options we desired, he was able to schedule an installation within 48 hours. The installers Sam and Willy braved single digit temperatures on Saturday morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. We are very happy with the garage door opener key pad, how quite it raises, how snug it closes, and the interior motion sensor that keeps the garage lit as you move about. We highly recommend Precision’s service and customer support!

Walker Furpahs was the technician that came to check out what was going on with our garage door, he was very thorough and explained everything and gave us our options.
