Mr. Thomas Timmons is a great asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and friendly. Who could ask for more? Because our garage door opener was malfunctioning and the computer in it was unpredictable, I chose to purchase a new Liftmaster. We had another brand at present which Mr. Timmons said could possibly last for some time yet, but I was concerned for our safety and security. I felt no pressure to purchase a new one at this time. That was my decision. After installing it, he went through all of the details of using the new Liftmaster and its apps. I appreciated his patience in explaining everything and encouraged me to call if I needed any further help with its operation. Since I have never used apps, he said he would be glad to come back to help me with anything I didn't understand including the app for the camera on the Liftmaster. When I call back for safety maintenance in a year, I would be very pleased to have him come.

One of the springs on our garage door broke so we called this company. We’ve had this happen before so knew that more than likely both springs would need to be replaced. When the technician came, he recommended to get the bearings done as well. I accepted his estimate And he did the work in about 45 minutes. Then my husband came home and saw that we had paid $1300 for the work and almost blew a gasket. It turns out that springs can be purchased at Home Depot for $75 apiece and bearings don’t cost that much more . So Precision Door applied a huge markup to the materials and charged an outrageous amount for the labor. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of seniors!

Precision Garage Door was excellent from initial call with, Lexi to technician, Adam coming out to do an estimate for repair/replacement of the garage door. Adam was quick to find the problems with door and was able to justify that only a repair of the current garage door was necessary. From initial call to completion of repair was approximately less than 3 hours on a Tuesday. Will definitely use again in the event that I have another garage door that needs to be repaired timely.
