Top notch experience and interaction with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician was phenomenal, highly recommend requesting Dylan Farrington! Unfortunately the previous home owners did a horrible job with the garage repair and it took Dylan triple the time of the original call estimate to repair all the mistakes. He was so committed to fixing it the right and proper way, he even called in back up to assist. Dylan explained in a very detailed but understandable way the problems and issues he found every step of the way. I appreciated being updated. All in all, a wonderful experience and will call them again if I need additional garage repairs. Thank you so much, nice to have a local company who cares about their clients! Also-my realtor recommended Precision and that also goes along way for credibility for Precision!

Sarah Crowe was always professional, courteous, and kind. If I had a question she was there to answer it and if there was a problem she would make it right!! The price that was quoted to me was the price I got!! She made sure I was satisfied with the entire transaction from start to finish and beyond. I had a couple of other quotes with comparable pricing but what brought them to the top of the list? Their response time is second-to-none. Especially considering it was same-day! And they provided an accurate window for my appointment I called at 8:00am and they arrived within a couple of hours! Our installer, Jacob, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His skillset was fantastic!
