Precision Door provides fantastic service. Our garage door opener was having issues. They came out same day. Their technician, Brad was extremely knowledgeable. I was able to make a decision on what I wanted done. Brad completed the work and gave me peace of mind.

I had a great experience working with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. My technician was Matt E., who came promptly and communicated every step of the way. He gave honest feedback and recommendations without overselling, which is big for me. Most importantly, I knew how much everything would cost before he started working. When he left, my garage door was functioning better than before. I will absolutely be a return customer, even though I hope it's no time soon.

The spring had broken on my garage door between the time that I left for work and the time that I returned home. I was on the phone with Precision before 4:30 p.m. and was relieved that they could come out today sometime between 6 and 10 p.m.. At 4:45 or so my phone rang and Tony from Precision called to find out if it would be acceptable to come earlier. Tony showed up around 5 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options (there were 2 different quality levels of spring available for my door). He finished the job before dinnertime, even with taking the time to explain everything he did, as well as to make recommendations for work I may need in the future (the rollers were showing signs of wear, but they did have some life in them). I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family for the quick response and friendly customer service.
