We recently had a new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Door and had an excellent experience from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed correctly before leaving. What impressed us most was how patient and friendly he was with my very inquisitive 7-year-old, happily answering every question along the way. I unfortunately can’t remember his name, but he absolutely deserves recognition for his professionalism and kindness. As our garage door closed, I heard a huge bang and realized the chain had broken. Did a quick Google search and found Precision Garage Door and called right away. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and although it was going on 4 pm, a technician was dispatched and arrived about 30 minutes later. What I appreciated the most was getting a text with a photo of the technician. I felt very comfortable when he arrived. Once he accessed the problem, he explained in great detail what had to be done. I fully expected to hear he would have to come back with parts and was pleased to actually hear he would have everything repaired within an hour. I wish I could state his name but Google won't allow but I highly recommend this company and if all the technicians are as friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the work they do, there will be no surprises. Job well done! And with a 5 year warranty too!!!
