They had a technician dispatched and at my house same day, within an hour and half. The technician took a look at the door, inspected the door for anything else wrong, made some suggestions and provided a reasonable, detailed quote for the replacement of the spring and refreshing various parts of the door, organized by priority in case I didn't want to have all the parts replaced at once. She had all the parts on hand to repair the door that evening, and the door works and is quieter than it has ever been. Would not hesitate to use Precision door for future garage door needs.
