Garage door stopped working shortly after a bad snow storm with.ongoung cold weather. I called Precsion Garage Doors because we had good experience with them in the past for my MIL home. Their technician Jacob was sent out that morning and I received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Jacob explained the problem and was able to fix it the same day. I would highly recommend this company and the technician was extremely professional.

Lake installed a brand new door in a matter of hrs. That's from completely taking the old door,tracks and top roller assembly out, and installing a "completely new door ". He informed me of his arrival time, and talked to me through each step. It was a total pleasure meeting him and his professionalism, not 1 piece of trash was left. ABSOLUTELY recommend Precision Door! Thanks for the great service!!

We received amazing service from Precision Garage Door. Our garage spring broke late one afternoon, I called and immediately got through to a person. They had a technician dispatched and at my house same day, within an hour and half. The technician took a look at the door, inspected the door for anything else wrong, made some suggestions and provided a reasonable, detailed quote for the replacement of the spring and refreshing various parts of the door, organized by priority in case I didn't want to have all the parts replaced at once. She had all the parts on hand to repair the door that evening, and the door works and is quieter than it has ever been. Would not hesitate to use Precision door for future garage door needs.

Fantastic service!!! Had a very old garage door, opener and spring. Explained what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and what needed no work. Was able to do it right away!!!

They did a great job installing our new door in July. Joseph and Demitri did really well on 2 separate visits to our home. Both weee extremely polite and well informed. Happy to recommend.
