I had a couple of other quotes with comparable pricing but what brought them to the top of the list? Their response time is second-to-none. Especially considering it was same-day! And they provided an accurate window for my appointment I called at 8:00am and they arrived within a couple of hours! Our installer, Jacob, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His skillset was fantastic!

The spring had broken on my garage door between the time that I left for work and the time that I returned home. I was on the phone with Precision before 4:30 p.m. and was relieved that they could come out today sometime between 6 and 10 p.m.. At 4:45 or so my phone rang and Tony from Precision called to find out if it would be acceptable to come earlier. Tony showed up around 5 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options (there were 2 different quality levels of spring available for my door). He finished the job before dinnertime, even with taking the time to explain everything he did, as well as to make recommendations for work I may need in the future (the rollers were showing signs of wear, but they did have some life in them). I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family for the quick response and friendly customer service.

Had a technician come out fixed the door for me fast and went over everything and worked woth me on pricing, awesome job 5/5 would use again also give military discounts which was nice

Sarah Crowe was always professional, courteous, and kind. If I had a question she was there to answer it and if there was a problem she would make it right!! The price that was quoted to me was the price I got!! She made sure I was satisfied with the entire transaction from start to finish and beyond. Sarah didn’t just do the bare minimum she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. All the while maintaining a professional, kind and thoughtful demeanor. There were no pressure or manipulation tactics. Sarah made sure my transaction ran smoothly. Joe Williams installed my Garage door and motor. Like Sarah he was very professional, kind and courteous. He answered all of my questions and he did a fantastic job!! The two of them working together made my experience a very pleasant one. Thank you Precision, Sarah, and Joe!! He gave honest feedback and recommendations without overselling, which is big for me. Most importantly, I knew how much everything would cost before he started working. When he left, my garage door was functioning better than before. I will absolutely be a return customer, even though I hope it's no time soon.
