I thought the price was a little high but I had to get the work done so I could get my car out of the garage. However, having said that, I am very satisfied with the work completed by the technician. Ryan was very professional and courteous and my garage door has never been better or quiet.

Precision Garage Door did a great job for me. I had a company come out to fix my broken spring on the weekend a month ago. Unfortunately they just put in a new springs. A month later my door was not tracking right. Called Precision and Cameron came out. He showed me how my rollers, cables and bearings were showing a lot of wear. He showed me the cost and how to maximize the life of my door. 2 hours later my door was looking and running like new. Thank You Cameron!

We made an appointment and a technician was able to come out within a day. Tim was incredibly helpful!! He gave an in-depth explanation of what was causing the problem, where the fixes could be made, and options on solutions to those problems. He installed the new system on the same day and gave a detailed walk through of everything afterwards. Everything was very quick and efficient. He was extremely kind and knowledgable while also providing reassurance that Precision could help, should any issues arise. Couldn’t ask for better service!
