Brian was on time, personable and did the work very well. Only complaint: The service was performed over two days. On the first day, the Genie sensors were replaced ($212). On the second day, the Genie opener was replaced with a Lift Master. The one day old Genie sensors were replaced with Lift Master sensors. I should have received a credit for the Genie sensors used less than a dozen times.

First, that they were able to get someone out so quickly, I think in about 2 hours; and Jacob did a great job fixing the problem and making sure it won’t come loose again. He was great about explaining what was going on with it and what to keep an eye out for in the future. When I mentioned I was going to change a light bulb on my garage ceiling while he was working, he offered to do it for me so I wouldn’t need to climb up a ladder. Above and beyond! Thank you!

Andrew did an awesome job. Though an early Saturday morning to fix an entire poorly installed garage door system he showed me everything that was not done properly so I would be educated enough to approach my HOA management. Showed me the options and educated me on each of the components. My neighbor was even home and saw similar issues and depending on what the vendor who installed these doors says would 100% like to have Andrew come to their place to fix their garage door. I had new wheels, spring system, cable system, and actual proper length lug bolts that all had to get replaced on my garage door. This garage is dead silent! I also liked there was a 10-year warranty with this option which makes it worthwhile for my money. Thanks, Andrew for letting me watch and observe the entire process. Mahalo :)

I had mistakenly closed the garage door with the hatchback to the car open. The garage door was able to close but would only open about 12” because it was getting stuck on the car door. I knew I had to call Precision. I had used them several times in the past for help with an ancient garage door and then for installation of a new door all together. This company has great, knowledgeable people working there and I have always been happy with the results. I wouldn’t consider calling another company!!!
