I was very pleased I was able to get a next-day appointment when my garage door stopped working. Steven and James arrived promptly and explained that they would assess the issues and inform me of their findings before proceeding with any work. I appreciated their professional attitude and knowledge. Their explanation was complete and understandable by this 76-year old lady. The repairs were made with my approval and the issues were resolved. I asked for an estimate of possible future replacement of the unit and it was complete and no pressure was made to force me to make a hasty decision which I appreciate. I would certainly recommend Precision as well as Steven and James for any future service needs. Their knowledge and professionalism were first rate.
I appreciated the quick response to my garage door issues. Brian called me this morning to confirm that he would be here at 10:45. I was ready and shared my concerns. He gave me options and was very positive about was going on, etc. He was fast, thorough and showed me all that he did. I appreciate his honesty and pleasant demeanor. I will certainly contact when we have another issue.
What a great experience. Easy to schedule a service appointment that fit our schedule. They showed up on time, worked professionally, efficiently, and cleaned up when completed. Brian and Luke did a wonderful job restoring our garage door system, including a new LiftMaster opener. These guys are fantastic.
