    I got on their website at 4:50am and setup an appointment to come and repair my garage door. By 11:00am that day, they had replaced the broken spring. THAT'S service. Vance, the technician did an excellent job of explaining what work he would be completing, he then told me what he'd recommend doing from time to time to keep the door in good working shape.     1/24/2026 - Our garage door quit working and called Precision around 11:45. I got a text that David H. was coming between Noon-2PM. David showed up at 1PM and checked the garage door. He told us that we have options. We chose the option to replace the spring, cables and adjust the chains, and it also came with a 10 year warranty. He worked on it for over an hour and he later gave us information on how garage door works, safety mechanisms and how to take care of the garage.He also told us to watch for signs that needs to be addressed by calling Precision. Overall, I am happy with the work he's done. My garage door is not loud anymore and it is working in a great condition. He is very professional and has great customer service skills.
