Professional staff that did wonderful repair

Scott and Colby did an amazing job on our garage door. We had a broken spring and some other worn components. They called about 15 minutes before arriving, so we were prepared. They helped open the garage door and waited patiently while we removed our cars. Scott did a thorough inspection and didn’t mind giving us a detailed explanation of his findings since we mentioned that we are more detailed oriented folks. Scott was very professional and answered all our questions without rushing. He did a careful survey of the door and its support sub systems. He pointed out that one of the support cables was frayed and posed a potential safety risk. We are very glad he noticed that. There were also issues with the pulley, support bearings and the support rod and the overall structure. He patiently explained these to us. He also shared his knowledge about the finer points of how the garage door worked and how we can easily keep it running well. Their replacement parts were of much superior strength and build compared to our 28 year old original parts. Additionally Scott gave us multiple options for addressing the issues with the garage starting with the spring/ cable and other components that were aged. Once we decided on the proper solution, Scott and Colby went to work right away. They are a totally awesome team with great work ethics. We are completely impressed with the work they did. The garage door opens and closes much better than it has ever done. It was also a joy to visit with them as they did their work. They are such knowledgeable, good hearted, and friendly professionals.
