We had a service appointment with Precision Garage Door Service to look at an older opener that we thought had reached its end of life. Curtis Newbrough arrived on time, was very courteous, evaluated our unit and found it to be not worth putting any money into it. He explained several options and installed the opener and the required option components. Walked us through the operation and left us with a great working unit as well as a clean garage. First of all, I wasn't happy with the $75 charge to come out and look at my garage door, which is all Andrew did. He never really considered doing anything but completely replacing my entire garage door opener system. Other FREE estimates I received included recommendations to replace the springs before spending more money since the type of problem we were having is typically due to old springs. The springs were replaced and it's been working fine.

Called at 9:15am on a Monday morning, was quoted an arrival between 10-12 the same day. Tech called when heading our way and arrived right on time. He quickly assessed our issue and gave us a price. He then proceeded to complete all the work in a short amount of time.
