He then assisted on re-programming the remotes in our cars and setting up the MyQ app on my iPhone for remote access. Brad was friendly and knowledgeable He replaced a broken spring, two bearings and bracket. Brad also checked my other garage door for any issues and also lubricated the door. Brad gave me some tips on lubricating the garage door opener. He was very efficient and personable. I would recommend Precision!!

Very impressed with Precision! Had lots of availability for appointments. Technician arrived on time (Joe) and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and Joe took time to answer and explain everything I wanted to know. Garage door sounds like new!! Did not even sound that good when I bought the house 14 years ago. Replaced rollers, tightened and greased rest of hardware, replaced springs and replaced door opener. Very happy to have a keypad outside the door now. Great service and reasonable price. Will use them again for future needs.

You replaced both springs, one that broke and one yet unbroken to avoid a 2nd possible incident of breakage. I called Precision Door due to their availability to fix my garage door on a Saturday morning, I called them after 6:00 pm Friday night and they knocked on my front door at 8:30 am as promised. Colby's customer service and professionalism was better than excellent. The repair was expensive, you could probably find less expensive alternatives but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and they are available 24/7 if there is ever a problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!
