I had Precision garage doors out to inspect my 2.5 year old garage door installed by another company in town that is now under new ownership. Chuck H was my tech, and after some small talk he got to work doing an inspection. At one point during the inspection he found my end bearings had some play, and he replaced them at reasonable price in under 20 minutes. Chuck at one point told me "I love my job, it's the best job on the planet". That right there made me a lifetime customer. Thanks precision garage doors, and Chuck H!!!

As close to perfect as we are going to get in this life. Signed up for appointment online early in the morning. Technician Andrew contacted me ahead of time. He arrived on time and ready. We reviewed the spring that had broken over night, then he pointed out, in detail, the other elements of the system that were—due to their age—likely to fail in the near future. It was a quick and worthwhile education on the subject. I opted to upgrade everthing. Andrew went right to work and had the job completed within a few hours. He also, incidentally, helped us get my wife’s car clear of the garage, in order that she could get to work on time. The installer was professional, courteous, and thorough. He was patient with my questions and did a great job.

Had an issue with our garage door keypad. Colby was dispatched. He completed the task, noticed a damage problem with one of the the roller tacks, suggested a repair, which I approved, ordered the part and completed the repair. All of this with 24 hours of my first call to Precision Door Service. Precision did the original door replacement for me in 2023, so that's why I went back to them. Very happy with them and their service and highly recommend them.
