As close to perfect as we are going to get in this life. Signed up for appointment online early in the morning. Technician Andrew contacted me ahead of time. He arrived on time and ready. We reviewed the spring that had broken over night, then he pointed out, in detail, the other elements of the system that were—due to their age—likely to fail in the near future. It was a quick and worthwhile education on the subject. I opted to upgrade everthing. Andrew went right to work and had the job completed within a few hours. He also, incidentally, helped us get my wife’s car clear of the garage, in order that she could get to work on time.
