Precision Door Service repaired & replaced all the moving parts for my 60 yr old, double wide garage door. I was lucky they sent Jackson to review the damage & complete the work. He is an excellent technician; focused, hard working & very knowledgeable. There were a lot of moving parts & he explained in a way that I never left confused. I would work with this company again if I knew that Jackson would be on the job.

Welp, our first garage door and opener were installed by Precision 32 years ago. 🫢 Pretty darn long life, I’d say. Then it started making a weird noise. You know, you can get used to anything, it just takes time. But this noise was WEIRD. I called yesterday morning and got an appointment same day. Huh? Could they have sent a better technician than BRIAN?… I think not!!! BRIAN was da bomb! He arrived ahead of schedule, he had everything in his truck to fix our problem, he gave us varying options, and worked with efficiency and speed. And he was just a darn nice guy!!! We opted for all the bells and whistles on a new door opener, springs, whatever else and whoa that door is so quiet now! The door they installed so many years ago was in great shape he said, and BRIAN didn’t try to up-sell us a new door. Totally recommend Precision Door to anyone! And BRIAN is a credit to their organization!!! 👍🏻 Yay BRIAN!!! Yay Precision.Yay us.
