Cody, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through all my options. He made sure I understood every detail and helped me choose the perfect garage doors for my home. His professionalism and clear communication set the tone for a great experience right from the start. Marco was the installer and did the full installation of my garage doors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his craftsmanship and work ethic. He arrived on time, explained what he’d be doing, and then got right to work with incredible attention to detail. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, every measurement was precise, every adjustment thoughtfully made. He worked efficiently but never rushed, and the final result shows it. my garage doors look amazing and operate flawlessly. My first experience was bad, where they charged me a service fee, but never fixed my issue and had a different company fix it My latest experience was much better. I decided to give them another chance because they were the most readily available. My spring system failed last night and I need someone to fix it next day. I was able to get a 9am appt using their online appt system. They arrived on time. Bo and Andrew were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel pressure on any of the upsells. They replaced my spring system in about 90 mins. They took their time and explained everything they did. I would use Precision again in the future.

I had problem with my garage door and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was the tech on the call and he showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided different pricing options. He was very helpful and showed me the results when he finished. Great service!
