William B. from Precision showed up on time, and got right to work. He removed my old door and hauled it away, and installed a new door and opener. He worked quickly and was very personable and kept me informed of his progress. I have used Precision for all my garage door needs over the years, and they never disappoint. Always a good product, warranty, and price. They are my go-to garage guys. Now if I could just get them to paint my house ;^)

Luke showed up on time and finished the job quickly. It's nice to have a garage door that closes quietly.

Garage door would not open. Called Precision about 9:00am: Samuel arrived about noon and quickly diagnosed the problem as broken spring replacement was wrong size. He put the correct springs in place and door worked like a charm. Excellent service.

1/24/2026 - Our garage door quit working and called Precision around 11:45. I got a text that David H. was coming between Noon-2PM. David showed up at 1PM and checked the garage door. He told us that we have options. We chose the option to replace the spring, cables and adjust the chains, and it also came with a 10 year warranty. He worked on it for over an hour and he later gave us information on how garage door works, safety mechanisms and how to take care of the garage.He also told us to watch for signs that needs to be addressed by calling Precision. Overall, I am happy with the work he's done. My garage door is not loud anymore and it is working in a great condition. He is very professional and has great customer service skills.

Brian took the time to explain my situation in clear easy-to-understand terms. He laid out my options - again easy to understand - and I was able to choose the solution that best served my needs. He had everything needed to get my garage door functioning again and proceeded to get right to it. I very much appreciated that this service could be done on a Sunday so my week wouldn't be disrupted. Very happy with the result!
