I had an absolutely outstanding experience with precision garage door, and I want to give special recognition to both Cody and Marco for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Cody, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through all my options. He made sure I understood every detail and helped me choose the perfect garage doors for my home. His professionalism and clear communication set the tone for a great experience right from the start. Marco was the installer and did the full installation of my garage doors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his craftsmanship and work ethic. He arrived on time, explained what he’d be doing, and then got right to work with incredible attention to detail. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, every measurement was precise, every adjustment thoughtfully made. He worked efficiently but never rushed, and the final result shows it. my garage doors look amazing and operate flawlessly. On top of his skill, Marco was genuinely kind, respectful of my home, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. He was very personable, but caries himself very professionally. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, professionalism, and such a positive attitude, but Marco truly delivered all three. Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!

I was very impressed with Jack, the technician. He knows his job and he explained the problem thoroughly to me.

Chuck arrived on time, even calling ahead. Even with the age of our door he masterfully harangued it and replaced our broken spring. He was quick and courteous explained all the details. We will be using Precision Door again soon when we replace our entire door.
