Luke showed up early (he called first to make sure it was ok), introduced himself and we chatted about the issue. He took a look and immediately found the issue. He explained my options, I agreed on which one to go with and he started working. Luke is so kind, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient & professional!! He also reminded me to make sure and spray my hinges often. Luke makes you want to tell everyone to use Precision Door, which I will.
