    Excellent Experience. Our garage door spring broke and would not open. We called Precision Door and were greeted and scheduled for the following morning. Joe Igla arrived on time and was the utmost professional and skilled service person. He explained the faulty parts needing to be replaced and answered all our questions.     Highest possible recommendation for Precision Garage Door Service — and for our amazing technician, Beau J. The main spring on our 25-year-old garage door broke yesterday — a Saturday. Despite the inconvenience of a weekend repair, though, Beau was able to be at our house within just a few hours, and he worked so diligently, nonstop, until absolutely every base had been covered, and we were up and running again! What a huge relief that was for us (we ended up replacing the motor as well!). Precision’s communication and professionalism was absolutely top notch — as was Beau’s.
