Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!

Called Precision on a Friday late morning in meed of a repair when my garage door wouldn’t open. Within 3 hours they booked the appointment, sent the tech and had my garage back up and running. Sam the tech was friendly and professional, provided us options to make an informed decision that worked for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

The installer, Marco Gray, was really a great. He took care of everything quickly, cleanly, and carefully. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
