Highest possible recommendation for Precision Garage Door Service — and for our amazing technician, Beau J. The main spring on our 25-year-old garage door broke yesterday — a Saturday. Despite the inconvenience of a weekend repair, though, Beau was able to be at our house within just a few hours, and he worked so diligently, nonstop, until absolutely every base had been covered, and we were up and running again! What a huge relief that was for us (we ended up replacing the motor as well!). Precision’s communication and professionalism was absolutely top notch — as was Beau’s. As a board member at our townhome complex, I will be so pleased and 100% confident to recommend Precision to all other homeowners who will likely be in our position as well someday. How gratifying to feel so good about what might otherwise have been a difficult and frustrating repair situation!

All of my two experiences with Precision have been more than satisfactory. The most recent involved a repair needed because of impact on a garage door. I was able to make the service call appointment easily online. The technician arrived within the window, and provided a specific ETA via text before arrival. I took the opportunity to have an inspection of all of the three doors, which was overdue. Jackson, the technician, was able to repair the door without replacing any parts and without leaving any of the original cosmetic damage. He did remark that we were lucky to have such a successful repair. I wish that were true about the car that hit the door. I decided to replace the springs and bearings on all of the doors after Jackson’s assessment. Jackson was affable, knowledgeable about our system, very practical, and very patient and thorough with explanations. He distinguished between the parts of the garage doors that were cheap and those that were of high-quality. He did not claim that we needed any replacements or upgrades. He did not try to upsell us either based on the repair or on the maintenance inspection. He provided various estimate scenarios so we could choose what, if anything, to replace, and among the component options. I have no ability to comment on relative cost other than we were given options relating to quality of materials and warranty.

Welp, our first garage door and opener were installed by Precision 32 years ago. 🫢 Pretty darn long life, I’d say. Then it started making a weird noise. You know, you can get used to anything, it just takes time. But this noise was WEIRD. I called yesterday morning and got an appointment same day. Huh? Could they have sent a better technician than BRIAN?… I think not!!! BRIAN was da bomb! He arrived ahead of schedule, he had everything in his truck to fix our problem, he gave us varying options, and worked with efficiency and speed. And he was just a darn nice guy!!! We opted for all the bells and whistles on a new door opener, springs, whatever else and whoa that door is so quiet now! The door they installed so many years ago was in great shape he said, and BRIAN didn’t try to up-sell us a new door. Totally recommend Precision Door to anyone! And BRIAN is a credit to their organization!!! 👍🏻 Yay BRIAN!!! Yay Precision.Yay us.

We always have a great experience with Precision Garage Door. They installed our door a few years and the interior door opener button recently stopped working. They were able to come out the day after I called and easily diagnosed the problem. It was fixed that same day.
