Awesome company! I love how careful they are about making sure you know who will be coming into your home and what to expect. I knew exactly what I’d be paying before the work started. I worked with two different people due to an awkward setup and they were both extremely friendly and honest. They even helped me figure out what we absolutely had to do and what we could do without to help me fit the repair into my budget. I would absolutely call them again the next time I need garage door service.

The customer service is very responsive and easy to reach a person to setup appointments for which we get text and email confirmation. Affordable service compared to what the garage product company quoted for what is offered without trying to rob the customers.

Precision Technician Damon Burke did an excellent job repairing our garage door opener. Even though the opener had been originally purchased from and installed by a different company, Damon had all the parts available that were needed to perform the repair. Damon was pleasant to work with and was knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Bottom Line: Damon is a true professional and we were very pleased with his performance.
