Precision Garage Door Service Of Beaver County

Our garage door that was installed by Precision Garage Door Service in 2015 stopped working Dec. 2025. No problem for 10 years. It ended up being a broken gear. I called Precision because they installed it. I bought a lifetime warranty but the gear part wasn't covered. Only parts on the door are covered such as the spring. Now if that ever breaks I would be in good shape. The part was $200 which I thought was expensive but it was almost Christmas and we needed it fixed. Conner did a very nice job. We also had a new keypad installed because it was cracked and a slide lock for emergencies. We agreed to the slide lock because if the electric goes out the door can't be locked. However, it isn't really necessary if you have a good inner door that locks. He only pointed out that we didn't have one. No pressure to buy. Overall, a good experience and I would use them again. I don't have knowledge if they are overpriced because I didn't compare. The labor was $89 per hour plus a $65 technician service call fee.

Precision Technician Damon Burke did an excellent job repairing our garage door opener. Even though the opener had been originally purchased from and installed by a different company, Damon had all the parts available that were needed to perform the repair. Damon was pleasant to work with and was knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Bottom Line: Damon is a true professional and we were very pleased with his performance.
