Great experience. Organized, responsive and kept me informed on everything. The guys who installed garage doors were the best. Stayed late to get it done after delays on previous job.

I called Precision Garage Door Service for some regular maintenance, and the experience was top-notch. My technician, Damon, was on time, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve the issue. On top of that, he couldn't have been nicer. This is exactly what customer service should be. Highly recommend!

We originally booked to have garage doors at our recently purchased home to be repaired. They were very noisy and didn't seal well to the frame. Upon arrival, the technician noticed that the doors had been struck by vehicles and pointed out the impact points. He gave me the repair estimate then showed me the cost of new doors. He wasn't pushy, or salesman-y. He proposed both ideas before he started any work. At this point we opted for new doors. The new doors were installed about 6 weeks later, and have been perfect. The garage has been noticeably warmer even in the middle of some of the coldest days/nights this winter. I cannot recommend this company enough for their professional attitude, as well as employing some of the best workers I have ever encountered. Truly a 5 star experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

Tim serviced my garage door after a bracket snapped off that held the opener to the door itself. He was professional and courteous. Precision Service itself did their best to accommodate my scheduling needs, and I appreciated that, as well. If I need service in the future, I'll definitely use them again.
