Trevor Cullens did a great job for us. He called and came to the house within 1 hour of our call. He called and let us know what time to expect him, and was right on time. Our system was 31 years old, and had stopped working. He explained everything and gave us a fair price to replace it. He didn't try to add anything extra, just did what we needed. I had an issue with my Garage door on Wednesday evening, which was diagnosed as a broken-spring, and checking with my neighbors, they recommended Precision Garage Door Service. I scheduled an appointment online with ease, and I got an appointment for Friday, that a less than 36 hours turnaround. Damon Burke, the technician assigned came on time, walked me through the issue and gave me the options. At the back of my head, I also wanted to replace the chain driven opener to a belt driven, as the chain was just too noisy. Damon gave me a detailed quote to the cents thus helping me make an informed decision. With the current door being over 11 years old, it was also a good time to replace. Damon completed all the work, ran me through what he was doing, a real pleasant person to talk to and also very knowledgeable. He had to work with garage closed in the heat of June summers!! All I could do is bring a fan to the garage. He helped program the remotes, also our garage door opener on our Townhome, on the wall was in a odd location, Damon suggested that instead of moving it, he could the new one in a better location and keep the older one, that's a bonus. He also helped through programming the App to help with the garage, which was WiFi connected. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, my neighbors and now me, who used them, are 100% right about their service rating and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys!
