I saw a Precision truck at my neighbor's house on Sunday morning. I went over to ask if they would be able to look at my door when they were done at my neighbors. George didn't hesitate and was over within the hour. And in minutes, he assessed that I needed my springs replaced and that my key pad's 'enter' button wasn't working and needed to be replaced.
