I have used Precision 2x previously and was very satisfied. Randy Swann arrived within the prescribed time period. He was polite and professional and I am pleased with the service provided.( Replace broken torsion spring(s). I only got a small amount of sticker shock with the price of the torsion spring(s), but everyone has to make a living!

Replacing an old (1930s) manual door in a small one-car garage with a new automatic-opening door required precise measuring and modification of typical installation. Precision did it and did it well, including the sales person and the installer. I am very pleased & would recommend them highly.

We have four commercial size garage doors and all four needed replaced. I shopped around and got some prices. Not only did Precision blow away the competitors the professionalism and attention to detail is remarkable. They really make sure you are getting a perfect fit and that you are happy with the results. They are so accommodating (even came at 6AM one time). The installers were fantastic and did such a great job. I would highly recommend this company.
