Great experience working with Precision on the new door. Everyone we dealt with Chuck the salesman, Kim in the office and Aurelio and Reese the installers were very professional. Until a few years ago we had worked with another garage door company in Pgh. However, we had an issue with our prior door on a weekend. We called the previous company and got a message asking us to leave our name and number for someone to contact us on Monday. We then called Precision and they had a repair person onsite within two hours. That kind of service can't be beat.

We had a cable snap on one of our garage doors, preventing it from closing all the way. The cable had snapped due to rust, so we reached out to Precision Garage Door Service for help. Bob and his teammates were prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I especially appreciated the text we received before they arrived with a picture of Bob and a little about him. That personal touch went a long way! Bob assessed both of our garage doors and offered to provide a quote for either repairing just the one door or taking care of both. We really appreciated the proactive quality check and ultimately decided to have both doors serviced. Afterward, Bob and his team walked us through maintenance recommendations, answered all of our follow-up questions, and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. We never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear they wanted us to understand the work and how to keep our doors operating properly. Excellent service and a great experience all around.
