Matt, excellent garage door upgraded. It now works much better.

I chose Precision Garage Service of Chattanooga because I had used them before and had been happy with the service that I got at that time. I called to make an appointment on Monday and had the appointment for the next day between a 2 hour window of 1:00 and 3:00. The technician, Tony Parson, was here at the top of that 2 hour window. Tony was very polite and after telling him what was wrong with the door and what I had done to fix the problem, he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be accomplished. Tony had to replace 7 items with the garage door from rollers to springs. It took him about an hour to repair the door. I'm very pleased with the work that was done within the time frame given. For the amount of work that Tony did and the parts that were needed to have the garage door work for an additional 10 to 15 years, the overall price was every penny.

Our tech, Scott Hewens was very professional and explained in detail what had broken and why. He went into great detail the parts that he needed to replace and how that affected the operation of the door. We were pleased with his work, and he spent the time making sure the garage door operation is as good as new.

Garage door would not close after a power outage. Called Precision Door that afternoon/early evening and they came out the next day. They were very responsive and professional. Dignsosed the problem and repaired it quickly. Very happy with their service.
