I contacted Precision Garage Door Service requesting a technician provide a service and adjustment of one of the doors. I was very pleased that they scheduled my service call for the next day. I received an advance notice via text that the technician, Preston Stockton, would arrive between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Preston send a text alerting me he was on his way promptly at 11:00 am. Upon arrival and assessment of my garage door hardware, Preston found an extremely worn cable on one of my doors (also a safety hazard), and worn bearings. He showed me the issues as well as documenting them through photos. After reviewing his findings and no-pressure recommendations, I elected to replace the cables, bearings, springs and rollers on both my garage doors. Preston accomplished these replacement parts in a timely and efficient manner. His friendly attitude and professional approach to servicing my garage doors are commendable and worthy of recognition. The garage door repairs carry a five-year warranty for parts and labor. Obviously, I was very impressed with Precision Garage Doors, and highly recommend this company and its efficient and positive customer approach.

Scott provided excellent support on my garage door, he ensured it was adequately secured before fixing and clearly communicated concerns he observed.
