Tony arrived an hour early which is always a plus to me. Walked in and knew how to resolve the issue in less than five minutes and another five to make the adjustment. The door would open while closing half way down. Frustrating. He’s very knowledgeable and I feel very confident that the problem has been resolved.

Your guys where great. Give me three options to choose from. The did a great job. Where done very quickly. The only downside was it was a bit pricey. But oh well, Don't have to worry about it for a long time now. I try to keep up with maintenance with stuff.

Late last night when we got home from our vacation we found out our tensioning spring on our double car garage was broken. Of course it’s 1am on Memorial Day with no way to get my car in or my husbands truck out of the garage we were def in a pickle for sure. I called this morning not sure we could get an emergency appointment, thankfully we were able and best of all no overtime fees. Tony was awesome he had us back up and ready to go in no time.
