Scott Hewens came out to look at my damaged garage door. I live in a townhouse in a neighborhood with an HOA. While we were not able to match the other doors in the neighborhood, Scott made sure that the unrepaired door was safe remaining shut until I can get a match. A few years back Precision worked on the motor and springs on the previous wooden door. Working with Precision was easy in both the previous occasions.

At first, I was anticipating this to be an incredibly unnerving experience. However, JP and Jake not only made it reassuring, but made it swift and economical. Tony arrived an hour early which is always a plus to me. Walked in and knew how to resolve the issue in less than five minutes and another five to make the adjustment.
