Outstanding service. This guy came in, looked at my problem and told me he would have the job done in about an hour. I watched him for a few minutes and was very impressed. I had to go inside because I didn’t want to disturb him. Definitely a very experienced knowledgeable and hard working man. Great job.

Precision made the necessary repairs to our garage door so fast and easy! In the evening I chatted online with an online rep who set everything up, and the repairmen were at my door first thing the next morning. I called Precision immediately after the spring in my garage door broke one evening after getting home from an appointment. I called their emergency number and was told that someone would be at my house the next morning to replace the spring. I was delighted when they arrived even earlier than expected. They did a great job replacing the spring. Very professional and competent.

Called company late on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house by 5:00 pm the same day. Anthony (Tony) Storino, the technician, did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable about his job of repairing/installing garage doors. Courteous and explained everything very well and discussed issues that may occur in the future due to the age of the door. Would highly recommend Anthony. A company is only as good as their employees, and Anthony is definitely a valuable asset to Precision Garage Doors. Definitely will use them the next time I have a problem.

My garage door had one of the springs break on Friday. Being a holiday weekend all the other places I called couldn't get to it until Tuesday. By chance, I called Precision Garage Doors and they had a repairman on call this weekend and scheduled for him to come out this morning! Tyson came out and took care of my problem.
