Josh Compton called and said they were in the area and were just finishing a job ahead of schedule. Josh asked if he could come on out. Arrived one hour earlier than scheduled appointment time which was perfect for me. Josh looked at my broken retention spring and gave me a low end estimate or overhaul everything estimate. He explained the difference between the repairs. I thought it over and went with the overhaul. Josh Compton and his helper (I didn't remember his name) were extremely professional and I am pleased with their work. 5 year warranty on work also. Precision installed 2 garage doors with openers in 2012 and I am very pleased with this company.

I’m very favorably impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called for service at 11 am on a Friday, and the most helpful lady on the phone had Derek at my door at 2 pm! I was amazed! He diagnosed and fixed the door, cleaned up and did the paperwork in under an hour. He obviously knows what he’s doing, and was a most personable and pleasant young man. Call Precision!

Due to a broken spring, our double garage door was stuck in the down position trapping our car. At the suggestion of our daughter (an existing, very satisfied Precision customer) we contacted Precision about 5:15 pm and our technician (James) arrived about 6:50. He was most knowledge and did a solid job of upgrading our door and installing new springs. It had to be a sturdy upgrade as the door operation is SO much quieter! Thanks for the great service.

My old overhead spring broke and I could not open the door. Michael Hall was competent, and quickly installed a new spring. He wisely recommended I install a 9' strut and new operator bracket on both doors to eliminate the current strain and minor cracking on both door upper panels. He also changed one hinge that was starting to crack on the lower half. I am very pleased with Precision door service. I previously used them for a spring problem on my other door two years ago.

On Saturday I got outstanding service from technician Patrick. My garage door opener caught fire, and was completely destroyed. Not only did Patrick replace the opener, but he redid the whole mechanism so that it works perfectly now. He even linked the opener buttons in my car to the existing openers. Great job!

The reviews were correct! We had a spring break on our garage door and being a handyman around the house, it was hard to call for help. These folks were professional at every step of the process! From the phone call the day before the 4th of July to the appointment confirmation, to the hour it took to rebuild my old door mechanisms completely. The old adage of good, fast, cheap (pick only two) was right, but I would much rather have the right parts installed safely by someone with experience quickly than try to get it done cheaper without a warranty and have to rebuild again in a few years. Mike Hall was a very skilled young man, and I highly recommend his work to anyone in the area!

Chris arrived within 30 minutes. He was courteous and professional throughout the visit. He was fully familiar with how to fix what had happened with the door. He gave me two options for the repair. He replaced the wheels, springs, bearings, cables, and strengthened the door within 2 hours. The door works better than it ever has and has a 5-year warranty. This is my second time working with Precision Garage Door and would go back to them again.

We saw the advertisements on television and thought Precision would be best for our brand (Linear). Derek came out to service our doors, and we were highly satisfied. He analyzed both doors for us, made numerous adjustments, and lubed them. He also, offered us a change of rollers, which we accepted. When he was finished, our doors worked better than ever. Derek truly exceeded our expectations of customer service. He professionally serviced the doors with a pleasant and friendly attitude.
