I had a new gasket installed at the bottom of the door. The work was done quickly, neatly, and effectively. The service man was friendly and courteous, and even lubricated the moving parts of the door and checked the operation of the motor that they replaced a couple of years ago.

Excellent response time for service on our garage door(broken springs).The technician who came out(Dereck),assessed the problem and gave us a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done and the cost involved.He also completed the repair in a reasonable length of time.It took approximately two hours from the time I called to request service until the repair was complete.

The Estimator that came out was very honest and up front. Informing me that I would need to have someone else look at it. The reason being that it needed some more bracing and they didn’t do any fabrication. He gave me the name of a few other companies but was not for sure if they would travel this far out. Last Tuesday, February 21, I went to open my garage door and heard a very strange sound. Come to find out, two of the latches that connect the garage door panels to the garage door were broken. From a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Precision Garage Door company on Wednesday and they came out the same day. First off, their website is great because they have photos of all their employees which I find extremely helpful. Chris P. was the one who came to service my door. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. After assessing the situation, he realized the door could not be completely repaired, but rather needed to be replaced. He took the time to explain the issue and why it could not be repaired. He wrote up a quote so my husband and I could review it that evening. The quote included an inspection report. He wasn't pushy to make a sale. He explained if we wanted Precision to replace the door, to call Scott in the office tomorrow. Chris also took extra time to "band-aid" fix the latches so the garage door could be opened in an emergency while we waited for the new door. When I called Scott the next day to place the order, he was very friendly. Since our door was in stock, we were able to get on the schedule for Monday, Feb. 27. Two installers came out on Monday. They called prior to arriving. John was one of the installers. Both of them were very friendly and within an hour to an hour and a half, our garage door was replaced. We couldn't be happier with this company.

The garage door system we purchased from Precision in 2014 needed some maintenance and replacement of the bottom seals on both doors. The technician was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Both doors are operating as smoothly and quietly as when they were first installed. Ordered a insulated door. Did not get it. A non insulated door was installed. Had water pipes freeze. Had to pursue getting the insulated door I originally ordered to get it. I like the doors once the one's I ordered were installed. Not sure I should say how I feel about the salesperson who instead of just taking the deposit, took it upon themselves to resale to my wife causing the confusion that got the wrong door installed. If you do business with Precision, make sure you get what you order! Like the product not sure about the sales department.
