I called about my worn out lop sided garage door. In about an hour technician Dustin showed up. He had to replace both springs,3 bearings,, and all rollers and adust the door afterwoods. He did all that in no time. Door sounds like a new one and its about 40 years old.

Outstanding service with Precision from the start when John came to our house to temporarily fix our 25 year old door that broke and he got it useable until the new door arrived. Today Darin removed the old door and opener system plus springs, etc and installed the new door and supporting systems and new opener, control pads both inside and outside. And he did a supper job with the trim kit and all sides are perfectly sealed-top, bottom, left & right. Absolutely perfect job. So glad we went with Precision. John, Darin and the office folks I dealt with are terrific. We are so very pleased!

I had a great experience with John Gallerano from Precision Door of Waco. I had a broken spring that was poorly installed (I was shown the issue) and after discussing it with John, made the decision to replace the garage door altogether. John was a pleasure to speak to as he explained what my options were and what I would be getting replaced during the installation. Looking forward to my new door. (pictures later)
