Very friendly company and kept me in the loop every step of the way for my new installed garage door!

I called Precision to fix a broken garage door, and after speaking with the technician, John Gallerano, we decided it was best to replace the entire door. The technician who completed the installation, Ryland Miller, did an excellent job! The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replacement.

James has been out to our house several times to assist us in making our garage doors quieter and replacing the wall buttons. We couldn’t be more pleased with his service.

Excellent and professional work by Dustin from the Waco location. He gave us several options on the repair of the door and explained each one. We went with an update option on an older door. Dustin was efficient and diligent in his work. Good job, Dustin! The door is amazingly quiet and smooth! Would recommend Precision with no hesitation. And, they are a Neighborly company. Hard to go wrong with a Neighborly-affiliated company. We have used several of their brands.
