Scheduler was very helpful and nice over the phone. They sent James W. who was very professional but extremely personable and friendly. He was quick to repair what absolutely needed to be replaced so I could get on with my day, he was very knowledgeable and informative and after giving several estimate options; allowing me to choose how we proceeded. He allowed my boys to watch from the doorway and even narrated what he was doing, which he didn't have to do. I will definitely be calling back soon to replace the rest. I had a great experience with John Gallerano from Precision Door of Waco. I had a broken spring that was poorly installed (I was shown the issue) and after discussing it with John, made the decision to replace the garage door altogether.
