Fantastic service! Gave us an estimated arrival time and called us when he was 10 min out. Fully explained the problems with the door and gave me 3 levels of repair. After we decided which level of repair we thought was best he then said it would be done within the hour!!! WOW normally we have to wait another week or two for a repair person to come back to actually fix the problem but you bring all the parts needed with b you!!! Thus is true service above expectations!!! Thanks

Excellent service. Quick response and James was very informative. I was unavailable, but James was able to explain and show my wife exactly what was worn and needing replaced. We had a broken spring and ended up getting a total rebuild on the door. Door opens and closes better and quieter than ever. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
