I called about my worn out lop sided garage door. In about an hour technician Dustin showed up. He had to replace both springs,3 bearings,, and all rollers and adust the door afterwoods. He did all that in no time. Door sounds like a new one and its about 40 years old.

Got up Sunday morning and the garage door wouldn’t open. Looked online and found Precision. Used their chatbot and confirmed a tech would be here by 1, then a text said between 10-2, then a call from James at 9 saying he’d be here in 30-40 minutes if that was ok. When he was done he walked me through everything I needed to know. He actually seemed like he cared about what he was doing and not just blowing hot air.
