He was quick to repair what absolutely needed to be replaced so I could get on with my day, he was very knowledgeable and informative and after giving several estimate options; allowing me to choose how we proceeded. He allowed my boys to watch from the doorway and even narrated what he was doing, which he didn't have to do. I will definitely be calling back soon to replace the rest.
