He took the time to explain every step of the process to me in a way that I could understand since I knew nothing about garage doors. He showed me all the parts that were wrong and or damaged and needed to be replaced. He was in a great mood the entire time and was very friendly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or try to run off the second. The job was done.
