Other company did maint on my garage door and had never had issues and after other company worked on it broke twice in a month and a half. Dustin of Precision came out fixed issues so door works properly now and I can get out of garage to hi to Dr appt tomorrow

Dustin from Precision Garage Doors came to fix our door opener. I had called a technical support number to try and troubleshoot it when I was trying to program a remote and troubleshoot an error code on Christmas Eve. Dustin came today, assessed the problem and fixed it to work pretty efficiently. He reprogrammed all the remotes and everything was back to 100%. We had a spring replaced by a previous company that was used with our warranty company. James came out and noticed that there was only one spring for a 2 car garage and there should have been two. We have been having trouble with the garage door not closing all the way. He replaced the one spring with two springs and suggested a few more options that would improve the function of our garage door. So far, our garage door is working smoothly.
