Shawn came out on the week repaired our garage door. The contractor that was used when our was built used a single spring on our 8’ door. Shawn recommended we go to the proper two spring, which is the setup our garage door had in our old home. Shawn was professional, polite an and on time. Office staff was also polite during our conversation when requesting the service call. In my book that customer service.
