Other company did maint on my garage door and had never had issues and after other company worked on it broke twice in a month and a half. Dustin of Precision came out fixed issues so door works properly now and I can get out of garage to hi to Dr appt tomorrow

Excellent and professional work by Dustin from the Waco location. He gave us several options on the repair of the door and explained each one. We went with an update option on an older door. Dustin was efficient and diligent in his work. Good job, Dustin! The door is amazingly quiet and smooth! Would recommend Precision with no hesitation. And, they are a Neighborly company. Dustin from Precision Garage Doors came to fix our door opener. I had called a technical support number to try and troubleshoot it when I was trying to program a remote and troubleshoot an error code on Christmas Eve. Dustin came today, assessed the problem and fixed it to work pretty efficiently. He reprogrammed all the remotes and everything was back to 100%.
