Scheduler was very helpful and nice over the phone. They sent James W. who was very professional but extremely personable and friendly. He was quick to repair what absolutely needed to be replaced so I could get on with my day, he was very knowledgeable and informative and after giving several estimate options; allowing me to choose how we proceeded. He allowed my boys to watch from the doorway and even narrated what he was doing, which he didn't have to do. I will definitely be calling back soon to replace the rest. He took the time to explain every step of the process to me in a way that I could understand since I knew nothing about garage doors.
