Garage door would not open and Precision did a great job. John the tech was very knowledgeable and gave several options and prices to resolve the issue, yet keeping the door functioning and safe. All the communication from text to phone calls were helpful and made it a great experience. Will definitely call when have any questions or additional repairs!

The two guys showed up and immediately went to work. They were friendly and professional. They explained everything to me after installing my opener and went through the app with me. Very good company ant the installers were awesome.

First of all I chosed Precision Garage Door of Waco based off Google reviews. For about the last 6 months my remote control opened my garage door but it would not close it. I bought 2 different brand batteries and that didn't work. So, I had to manually hold the button on the wall until the garage door closed. Actually, this sucked because I had to do it every single time. Since it has started to rain more as well as getting cold out, I'm like I got to get this thing check out. My appointment was between 10-2. Mr. Doyle was there by 10. I told him what my problem was. He said hmmm, then walked over to the right sensor and noted right away that it wasn't facing the one on the left. So, therefore they were not connecting properly. He explained to me that it was a safety feature. Instead of charging me the service fee for, he called to see if he could get it waived because he didn't have to do any work to the garage door. His actions showed his integrity and it reflects on this company. They could have charged me but they didn't and I really appreciate it. I will use them again for my garage door sevices.
