Amazing company! I called several companies to get an estimate and for some reason no one could work with my schedule to come out. I called Precision and she scheduled me right away. Unfortunately my husband had a medical emergency the day of the consultation and I had to cancel. Ashley was so kind and said no problem. We will reschedule at your convenience. She then texted me a few days later and asked how my husband was doing. I knew that this was the company I wanted to do business with. A few weeks later I called and rescheduled. John (a military veteran) showed up on time and he and my husband decided on what we needed and wanted. Our home was built in the 70’s and the (original) garage doors were loud, didn’t work half the time and very difficult to maintain. John was knowledgeable, worked with our budget and told my husband if your wife doesn’t like it, we will cancel and find something she loves. They did not disappoint! We put 1/2 the deposit and ordered the doors. I realized that my husband picked white doors. Ugh! So we called John back and changed the color to a beautiful walnut finish. 2 weeks later we got an update that the doors were ready and scheduled installation. The morning of the installation I got a text letting me know Greg was on his way. He called to confirm. He then arrived and got started right away. I work nights so I slept and my husband came home around 3 to check on the progress. The doors are absolutely perfect. Magazine cover beautiful. Quite, easy to operate and enhanced our curb appeal 10 fold! Greg programmed our vehicles, and our outdoor box as well. He cleaned up his mess, swept my garage and was courteous. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars to Precision Doors of Waco and their whole team on outstanding service, and making our home beautiful!!! Thanks Yall!!!!
