Scheduler was very helpful and nice over the phone. They sent James W. who was very professional but extremely personable and friendly. He was quick to repair what absolutely needed to be replaced so I could get on with my day, he was very knowledgeable and informative and after giving several estimate options; allowing me to choose how we proceeded. He allowed my boys to watch from the doorway and even narrated what he was doing, which he didn't have to do. I will definitely be calling back soon to replace the rest. Our spring broke James repaired did a great job and everything opens and closes smooth and quietly. Was thorough in explaining what needed repaired and any additional things we might want to replace at the same time.

James was my service tech that came to fix my garage door. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly, professional, and willing to help. He took the time to explain every step of the process to me in a way that I could understand since I knew nothing about garage doors. He showed me all the parts that were wrong and or damaged and needed to be replaced. He was in a great mood the entire time and was very friendly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or try to run off the second. The job was done. He took the time afterwards to show me all the parts that were replaced and it showed me how the garage door function afterwards and how much better it was working.

Excellent service. Quick response and James was very informative. I was unavailable, but James was able to explain and show my wife exactly what was worn and needing replaced.
