Our garage repair experience was great and far exceeded our expectations. We were in a panic because it was the weekend and late on Saturday evening when we discovered that our garage door wouldn’t budge. Precision Garage Doors was the only company we contacted who was willing to come out on a Sunday. John was a joy to work with. He explained everything in a professional manner while still remaining very personable. We are happy with the repair and highly recommended Precision Garage Doors.

On Saturday, 12-27-25, Dustin came to my house because my overhead garage door was broken. He was very professional & explained the plan to fix the problem. It was expensive, but needed service. And he did not try to pressure me into getting the most expensive fix.

Outstanding Company!

We had a spring replaced by a previous company that was used with our warranty company. James came out and noticed that there was only one spring for a 2 car garage and there should have been two. We have been having trouble with the garage door not closing all the way. He replaced the one spring with two springs and suggested a few more options that would improve the function of our garage door. So far, our garage door is working smoothly.

Excellent and professional work by Dustin from the Waco location. He gave us several options on the repair of the door and explained each one. We went with an update option on an older door. Dustin was efficient and diligent in his work. Good job, Dustin! The door is amazingly quiet and smooth! Would recommend Precision with no hesitation. And, they are a Neighborly company. Hard to go wrong with a Neighborly-affiliated company. We have used several of their brands.
