Our spring broke James repaired did a great job and everything opens and closes smooth and quietly. Was thorough in explaining what needed repaired and any additional things we might want to replace at the same time.

Scheduler was very helpful and nice over the phone. They sent James W. who was very professional but extremely personable and friendly. He was quick to repair what absolutely needed to be replaced so I could get on with my day, he was very knowledgeable and informative and after giving several estimate options; allowing me to choose how we proceeded. He allowed my boys to watch from the doorway and even narrated what he was doing, which he didn't have to do. I will definitely be calling back soon to replace the rest. Outstanding service with Precision from the start when John came to our house to temporarily fix our 25 year old door that broke and he got it useable until the new door arrived. Today Darin removed the old door and opener system plus springs, etc and installed the new door and supporting systems and new opener, control pads both inside and outside. And he did a supper job with the trim kit and all sides are perfectly sealed-top, bottom, left & right. Absolutely perfect job. So glad we went with Precision. John, Darin and the office folks I dealt with are terrific. We are so very pleased!
