Outstanding service. We reached out on a Sunday morning to get an estimate. They gave us an afternoon window but the tech reached out quickly and said he could be available sooner. Showed us what ent wrong with our door, explained a few things he saw in his inspection, gave us three estimates to choose from, and was done in less than one our. Very friendly technician, did a great job explaining what ue was seeing and what each part did in the function of the garage door.

Hands down, I would highly recommend Precision for any and all repairs or installation. John kept in contact for his arrival. He inspected my garage doors and recommend different options to go with for repairs. He even found other issues that would be big issues that I would have not even looked at. Noticed our garage door spring went out in the morning, and by 10:30 that same morning everything was back up and running. Our tech Dustin was fast, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The price was fair and on par with other repair companies but you can’t beat a life time warranty. Definitely letting our friends and family know that this is the company to call.

Scheduler was very helpful and nice over the phone. They sent James W. who was very professional but extremely personable and friendly. He was quick to repair what absolutely needed to be replaced so I could get on with my day, he was very knowledgeable and informative and after giving several estimate options; allowing me to choose how we proceeded. He allowed my boys to watch from the doorway and even narrated what he was doing, which he didn't have to do. I will definitely be calling back soon to replace the rest.
