James was my service tech that came to fix my garage door. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly, professional, and willing to help. He took the time to explain every step of the process to me in a way that I could understand since I knew nothing about garage doors. He showed me all the parts that were wrong and or damaged and needed to be replaced. He was in a great mood the entire time and was very friendly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or try to run off the second. The job was done. He took the time afterwards to show me all the parts that were replaced and it showed me how the garage door function afterwards and how much better it was working.

Fantastic service! Gave us an estimated arrival time and called us when he was 10 min out. Fully explained the problems with the door and gave me 3 levels of repair. After we decided which level of repair we thought was best he then said it would be done within the hour!!! WOW normally we have to wait another week or two for a repair person to come back to actually fix the problem but you bring all the parts needed with b you!!! Thus is true service above expectations!!! Thanks
