Got up Sunday morning and the garage door wouldn’t open. Looked online and found Precision. Used their chatbot and confirmed a tech would be here by 1, then a text said between 10-2, then a call from James at 9 saying he’d be here in 30-40 minutes if that was ok. James quickly diagnosed the situation, gave me 3 options, I picked one and we were off. He completed the job timely and reasonably priced. James was great to work with.

We needed a new garage door & opener. We went through Yelp & Google reviews and called 4 or 5 different places for bids. Bids were actually not too far apart, but what set Precision apart from EVERYONE else was their professionalism. The tech that came to do the bid, explained everything they would do , and how they would do it. He explained the differences in what we had and what we would be getting and why it was better. Wow! The office staff were attentive and quick to reapons to any questions I’d forgotten to ask the tech. The installer came today, did the install quickly and neatly. When he was done he walked me through everything I needed to know. He actually seemed like he cared about what he was doing and not just blowing hot air. I’m glad we went with Precision Garage Door of Waco!
