Prompt response had Gilbert scheduled between 12 and 4 same day and was there by 11:30 gave an estimate of what had to be done and what may be needed in the future which seemed very reasonable. Had the parts needed with him and complete repairs within 3 hours. Door had been pulled from railings. Door works works and looks like new.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable about the motor and all accessories that accompanied the motor. He explained that be would remove the old gate motor and install the new gate motor.
