I called this morning and a technician was out there within a few hours. Evan explained what had happened to our garage door (the spring had snapped-it sounded like a big crash late last night). I called Precision Garage Door and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They charge a $70 service fee for diagnostics, which is waived if you go ahead with a repair over $100. Eduardo arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and quickly identified that my garage door opener needed full replacement — the repair would’ve cost more than a new unit. He worked withbmy home warranty provider to explain the issue and recommended solution. He walked me through several opener options, though I did feel the prices were on the higher side. Once I approved the work, Eduardo completed the installation within an hour. Overall, I’d recommend Precision for their responsiveness and service — just be sure to compare pricing before committing.
