⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Door of Fort Worth and our technician, Travis! Last night, the spring on our garage door broke, causing the door to come off its tracks. Since we could not close the garage, we were understandably worried about the security of our home. We went to Precision’s website and were able to book an appointment for the very next day, which was outstanding. Travis arrived and was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain how our garage door system worked and showed me that the original spring installed when our home was built six years ago was not the correct spring for our particular door. Although that was very disappointing to learn from a builder standpoint, I am extremely grateful that Travis identified the problem and corrected it properly. He completed the repair quickly, thoroughly, and made sure everything was working as it should before he left. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. I also really appreciated that Precision sent a text confirming the appointment and included a photograph of Travis so we knew exactly who would be arriving at our home. That extra level of communication and security speaks volumes about the company. Travis provided truly outstanding service. From now on, Precision Garage Door will be the only company we call for our garage-door needs. I highly recommend Precision and especially Travis!

Brian came out the same day we called to repair our broken spring as we were unable to open our garage door at all. We ultimately decided to replace all of our existing hardware and the garage door opener as well since all of it was over 10 years old and very worn. He was very professional and he competed the entire project in less than four hours.
