I've now used Precision Door three times. Broken springs and now a replacement garage door opener. As always, I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient to me on the weekend. Marlon showed up inside the predicted window and called to keep me updated on his estimated arrival. Upon arrival, Marlon listened to me, answered all of my questions, even some I hadn't thought about, presented me with different options and their pros/cons, and was 100% professional the entire visit. Would recommend again.

We were having an issue with our garage door not shutting consistently. I went to Precision’s website and was able to secure an appointment for the very same day. David Nelson came out at did a full inspection and offered a few options to solve. I went ahead and chose to replace both overhead springs. The issue proved a bit more difficult than was initially thought but David stuck with it until the job was done right, well past 6:30pm. Our garage door now works much better. I would highly recommend Precision and would emphasize that David did an excellent and thorough job.

Marlon was fantastic and they were able to come the same day. It too him only a couple minutes to identify what needed to be done, and he was gone in less than 30 mins. The way the track was rattling affected the sensors lining up, and that's not something YouTube University showed me how to fix on my own.

Andrew Kubsch did an outstanding job and I was able to tend to other matters as he installed. He then walked me through WiFi, car, and keypad setup.
