I called early afternoon and was given a service call appointment the same day. Aaron Rodriguez came out to service my overhead garage door. He evaluated the door and readjusted my close sensors. I’m elderly and handicapped and he has been out to service my door in the past and remembered me. He explained his recommendations to me and explained what to look for in the future when I experience the same problem. He did not spend much time assessing the problem and correcting my problem and did not charge me for the service call. You don’t find this kind of service these days. I highly recommend them for all your garage door service needs.

Ricky, Amy, and Wyatt were fantastic! Ricky was my initial technician who serviced my garage door. After 20 years, a new door was necessary and Ricky gave me a great deal. He was thorough in explaining the different garage door options and prices. I went with a partial financing option and dealt with Amy, who was warm and pleasant. On install day, Wyatt was my technician. He, like Ricky, was also thorough when it came to the task. He took his time removing the old garage door, installing the new one, and then explaining all the features: WiFi capable/controlled, remote access, etc. Better yet, he left the work site clean and also told me how often to lubricate the garage door components. I had an issue programming the remotes, and Amy sent a technician out the next day. It was Ricky! He programmed the remotes in no time. I highly recommend Precision for their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and employees who take pride in their work.

Sean was great and understood our needs! Jesse was right on time and finished the job just like he said. Both gentlemen were excellent!
