    We reached out to 3 local, highly regarded companies for bids…Precision was on site responsive, professional and friendly. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Very competitive in their pricing, however, by far the most professional. Our initial contact was with Sean. He was the only sales rep that actually showed up at our home and did a good job with follow up. Wyatt Gibson installed and instructed like a true professional.     Johnathan was an excellent technician, who did a wonderful job of diagnosing the issues with the current door, asking for support from a senior technician when needed, and presenting clear and concise quotes for three levels of service. After reviewing each quote, we have decided to proceed with quote two. An appointment was made for two days later. Johnathan showed up on time and completed the work professionally and timely. After two new springs, new rollers and new bearings, all the squeaking and screeching was gone and and the door was back to operating smoothly and quietly.
