Ricky, Amy, and Wyatt were fantastic! Ricky was my initial technician who serviced my garage door. After 20 years, a new door was necessary and Ricky gave me a great deal. He was thorough in explaining the different garage door options and prices. I went with a partial financing option and dealt with Amy, who was warm and pleasant. On install day, Wyatt was my technician. He, like Ricky, was also thorough when it came to the task. He took his time removing the old garage door, installing the new one, and then explaining all the features: WiFi capable/controlled, remote access, etc. Better yet, he left the work site clean and also told me how often to lubricate the garage door components. I had an issue programming the remotes, and Amy sent a technician out the next day. It was Ricky! He programmed the remotes in no time. I highly recommend Precision for their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and employees who take pride in their work.
