    We've used Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio for decades, and our latest experience reminded us why. When our old opener finally broke, I called for help and Ricky Hernandez was at my house within just a few hours. He didn't have the opener we needed on his truck, but despite the fact that it almost 5pm, he made calls and arranged for his co-worker, Brian Scalia, to bring one by. The two of them replaced our garage door opener and keypads and oriented us to the new system. They were both so friendly and fun that -- believe it or not -- we ended up having them stay and play a card game in our dining room after they were done! That was a first!

    Overall satisfied with the installation and very appreciative of the response from Precision Garage Doors. Jonathan was very efficient. However, I feel the Genie opener was not comparable to what I had add at a much higher price. The previous model had a lifetime limited warranty compared to a ten year warranty on this one. I suspect it’s lowered grade. Also after the fact I realized my previous opener had a motion detector for a light and this was doesn’t. Unfortunately I was a captive audience for repair on a long weekend. I should have asked more questions.

    Johnathan was an excellent technician, who did a wonderful job of diagnosing the issues with the current door, asking for support from a senior technician when needed, and presenting clear and concise quotes for three levels of service. After reviewing each quote, we have decided to proceed with quote two. An appointment was made for two days later. Johnathan showed up on time and completed the work professionally and timely. After two new springs, new rollers and new bearings, all the squeaking and screeching was gone and and the door was back to operating smoothly and quietly. Definitely a great technician and reliable company!
