Johnathan was an excellent technician, who did a wonderful job of diagnosing the issues with the current door, asking for support from a senior technician when needed, and presenting clear and concise quotes for three levels of service. After reviewing each quote, we have decided to proceed with quote two. An appointment was made for two days later. Johnathan showed up on time and completed the work professionally and timely. After two new springs, new rollers and new bearings, all the squeaking and screeching was gone and and the door was back to operating smoothly and quietly.
