Johnathan was an excellent technician, who did a wonderful job of diagnosing the issues with the current door, asking for support from a senior technician when needed, and presenting clear and concise quotes for three levels of service. After reviewing each quote, we have decided to proceed with quote two. An appointment was made for two days later. Johnathan showed up on time and completed the work professionally and timely. After two new springs, new rollers and new bearings, all the squeaking and screeching was gone and and the door was back to operating smoothly and quietly. Definitely a great technician and reliable company!

Mr. Chris arrived with equipment in hand taking measurements and noting exactly what the issues was. He said it would take him a certain amount of time; he completed the tasks ahead of time and satisfactorily to boot - no corners cut - he did a superb job! I called Precision to come take a look at an issue with my garage opener. They scheduled same day service and the technician showed up when they said he would. Ricky Hernandez was my technician and he spent some time trying to diagnose my issue, however I cut him short and told him that I would like to just get a new one with some more modern features. I assumed that I would have rescheduled another appointment for the new install but he actually had everything that was needed to do the replacement already in his truck. In no time at all I had my new garage door opener installed and working perfectly. Ricky was courteous, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Precision in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

We could not get our garage door to open or close. I called and within three hours, Ricky came out and assessed the problem and fixed it for us.Ricky was awesome. I would definitely call them again should we need any further work done. Punctual, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Overall satisfied with the installation and very appreciative of the response from Precision Garage Doors. Jonathan was very efficient. However, I feel the Genie opener was not comparable to what I had add at a much higher price. The previous model had a lifetime limited warranty compared to a ten year warranty on this one. I suspect it’s lowered grade. Also after the fact I realized my previous opener had a motion detector for a light and this was doesn’t. Unfortunately I was a captive audience for repair on a long weekend. I should have asked more questions.
