I called Precision to come take a look at an issue with my garage opener. They scheduled same day service and the technician showed up when they said he would. Ricky Hernandez was my technician and he spent some time trying to diagnose my issue, however I cut him short and told him that I would like to just get a new one with some more modern features. I assumed that I would have rescheduled another appointment for the new install but he actually had everything that was needed to do the replacement already in his truck. In no time at all I had my new garage door opener installed and working perfectly. Ricky was courteous, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Precision in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.
