Ray had been here a month ago to perform the 27 point tube & lube inspection and re balance the door. My husband and i started hearing a popping noise again so Ray came back to check on it. I thought perhaps the Door was out of balance again and need new springs. The noise wasn’t as loud and Ray explained that when it’s colder the steel will contract making a louder noise. He checked the door and still in balance. He showed me how to unlatch the drive to test if the door is balanced and suggested that it be checked once a month since saltwater can be corrosive. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything. Ray is Very professional and courteous!

I was somewhat disappointed with this service. I could have done what the serviceman did in 20 minutes. I did not see him preform all of the items on the check off list. How could he check all of those items on two doors in 15 minutes.? I will probably not use this service again until I have a failure.

Great service. For those DYIS persons who think getting rid of a squeak in your garage door know this, Experience trumps intuition. WD40 is the last thing to use. And, I would have oiled all the wrong areas as well. Moreover, I would have missed the root cause of the squeak. Some frayed cables on one side was causing unequal force on one side, hence the squeak. The technician fixed the issues, was informative, and courteous. I'm glad I got one thing right. I called.

Received a postcard for a $49.95 Tuneup for the Precision Door I purchased last year and wanted to make sure it was ready for winter. The Customer Service lady was very nice and I was able to get a convenient appointment scheduled very quickly. My Service Technician (Tyler) called the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way and showed up when expected. He was most friendly and efficient and did an excellent job!

The technician, Tyler Chaney, was professional in every respect. He clearly explained what was wrong, explained the options to fix it and did not try to push an expensive solution. In the end he made some adjustments to our system all under warranty. We need more substantial repairs in the future and will definitely call Tyler at Precision when that time comes.

They were able to show up the next day, and I called at 4:30 in the afternoon. They were supposed to arrive between 2 and 4, they called and were ahead of schedule, and was here by 1. Once here they only took about 30 min to resolve the issue. I liked that they did not try to up sell me on services I didn't need. The technician was professional, and knew what was wrong as soon as he looked at the door. Will use them again in the future.

I have been a Precision Door customer for several years now. The expertise and professionalism of this company gave me the confidence to have doors installed not only in my own home, but in my rental as well. My most recent experience was nothing less than stellar! My garage door opener stopped working. I tried everything from installing a new battery to changing my code, nothing worked. I called the service number and set up an appointment for the very next day. I would have been happy to keep that appointment, but within 10 minutes of setting that appointment, Chasen, one of the service Technicians, called me and said he could be out within the hour if I would like the work done sooner. I was thrilled that they could come so quickly. Chasen was beyond professional as he diagnosed the problem while educating me about my door. He replaced my old opener with a new and much improved model and was able to do it on the spot at NO CHARGE!! A super huge THANK YOU to whoever hired Chasen!! I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone who believes in getting an amazing product while working with a great company and well educated service people.

The service we received today was second to none. Tyler was informative, friendly, timely and even great with my kids. I ended up buying more services than expected not because he "sold" me on anything but because he educated me on my options, how long certain products lasted and were covered by warranty. It was a perfect experience. I recommend him and the company to anyone I know.

Our garage door failed on a Sunday afternoon (of course). Called Precision the next morning, by 2:00 Monday afternoon Nate was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me all my options. He also was easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions. I made my choice and 45 minutes later, on a job that would have taken me days, the garage door worked better than it ever had. And the price was very reasonable! A definite five stars from me.
