Thanks to Sawyer for helping me select the right door to replace the old one and to Corey for the excellent installation. They were professional, friendly, and patiently answered my questions. I also appreciate those I talked with by phone. All represented the company very well.

My garage door wouldn’t open fully with an electric opener or by hand. I have a voice issue that makes it almost impossible to talk on the phone, so I was thrilled when I saw I could schedule the service online. Sawyer thoroughly inspected the door, the rails, the wheels, and all of the other components that have to work correctly. He prepared several estimates starting with the bare minimum all the way up to replacing the entire door (mine had a couple small cracks). I made the choice I thought best and could afford, and he quickly had the door balanced. I can now raise it with one hand, and it stops where it should. He arrived on time, appeared knowledgeable and professional, and finished in a timely manner. This is the second time Precision has worked on my door. The first time was about 15 years ago. Clearly, they perform quality work. It’s not cheap by any means (what is these days?), but it’s money well spent.

The Door Tech that came to my home was very polite, friendly, courteous and helpful. He got the repair completed fast and fixed. I will definitely call them again if needed. I recommend them.
