After searching reading reviews I called Precision explained my needs. I set up a garage door consultation. A young man named Collin called set a time to come by. He was very friendly explained everything to where I could understand. I picked the package that was best for my budget and he he went to work and installed a new opener and other parts. I Love it!! So much better than the outdated system I had. Will recommend Precision to family and friends.

My garage door wouldn’t open fully with an electric opener or by hand. I have a voice issue that makes it almost impossible to talk on the phone, so I was thrilled when I saw I could schedule the service online. Sawyer thoroughly inspected the door, the rails, the wheels, and all of the other components that have to work correctly. He prepared several estimates starting with the bare minimum all the way up to replacing the entire door (mine had a couple small cracks). I made the choice I thought best and could afford, and he quickly had the door balanced. I can now raise it with one hand, and it stops where it should. He arrived on time, appeared knowledgeable and professional, and finished in a timely manner. This is the second time Precision has worked on my door. The first time was about 15 years ago. Clearly, they perform quality work. It’s not cheap by any means (what is these days?), but it’s money well spent.
