Alec was prompt and very efficient. He explained the problem and suggested the fix. I had one spring and he recommended going with two springs to ease the load and more balance.

Alex did a terrific job for me. Originally he came out to program remote devices, but found serious problems with my existing chain driven garage door opener. He recommended replacing the unit with a belt driven opener explaining the benefits of the new unit. He was respectful and did not apply any sales pressure. Once my decision was made, he installed the new unit quickly and efficiently meeting time constraints I placed on him. I would recommend him as a technician to anyone.

This was my first experience with Precision Door. The woman that answered my call was polite and very accommodating. My scheduled appointment was met on time. My service rep, Alex, was totally professional. Called before arriving. Did a thorough inspection of my garage door assembly and opener motor. Explained all of the work that he performed.
