It was a Friday afternoon when my garage door spring broke. We were in quarantine due to the coronavirus. I was not sure what to do. My sister recommended Precision Garage Door. I called and was able to get service that same day. I was beyond happy. The two technicians who came out had the springs replaced and a couple of other parts that were obviously showing wear. One hour and they were done. Since I live in the mountains at least an hour's drive from Bakersfield, this service was above and beyond what was expected. I will be recommending Precision Garage Door to everyone.

The initial visit was good although you did not come out on the day we had scheduled, they came out the next day. Also, we had a minor problem withing a week and tech did not come out. Also, I did not get a copy of the receipt for payment of services and items purchased.
