Unfortunately my garage door broke, the cables undid themselves and the door partially got off the guide rails. This happened on Wednesday evening. I clicked and followed the prompts and within minutes response regarding an estimated about for the repair and how soon they would come out to repair the garage(it said the very next day). Living in a small town in just about the middle of nowhere I was doubtful that they would actually come out the very next day. But low and be hold, I was sent a follow up email with who was coming to repair my garage, a time window to expect them, what they would be wearing and what they would be driving and Immediately said to myself that these guys are serious about their work but I wasn't going to make a final decision until I saw their work. the very next day Thursday morning I received a phone call from Raul who was my assigned technician. He introduced himself and told me the time he would get to my house. Upon arriving to my house, Raul assessed my problem gave quotes on possible repairs and recommendations how to solve my problem. After picking an option that suited my needs Raul got started on the job and within a couple hours he was done and the garage door was fixed. To summarize my review I was EXTREMELY (and I can't stress that enough) impressed by Precision garage's service and the fact that they were able to repair my garage in less than 24 hours of me contacting them. I could clearly tell that my technician cared about his work and left my garage door functioning better than it did before. Although my specific repair was a bit pricey, given the work that was done, I did not mind it all. I would 10/10 recommend them.
