The technician, Oscar needs to be commended & given a raise. It’s employees like him that make companies money. On time, good communication, knowledgeable, didn’t push his sales pitch which was a good move in this economy . Although the final price was slightly over phone estimate, it was reasonable & they did gouge me. I tried to use a local small business garage door company but their initial service fee was ridiculously high. Highly recommend Precision

The garage service was quick and same day for replacing the tension spring. The only issue after the adjustment was the garage door was able to close, but not lift. The technician stated the issue was that the spring breaking and motor being old it needed to be replaced. After I did research and finding out how to adjust the adjustment power level on the garage motor. I was able to fix it.
