Heads up to technician Enrique Elvira who came by at 5:00 pm Friday, start of Memorial weekend to put band aid on our failing door while waiting for delivery of new door from Prestige. For new door coming, we were attracted to Precision for the lifetime hardware package option and great assistance from Jerry Harmon.

I had a garage door emergency at approimately 10:30 A M on May 15, 2026. Th door would not lift, either with the motor or manually. I called Precision at 1100. Heather answered right away and set a time window for a crew to take a look. They arrived within an hour. Jose Morales and his brother constituted a great team. They diagnosed a broken spring. Without the assistance of the spring the door was impossible to lift by hand. Jose explained everything in detail, gave me my price, then quickly completed the task.
