    I sent in a request for service after business hours, around 6 pm. I received a text message back within minutes setting up a service call between 12 - 2 the following day. At 12 I received a phone call from Mike, the technician telling me he was 10 minutes away. Mike arrived about 10 minutes later. He checked out the garage door and found that our springs were broken. My wife and I chose to get a new opener with a lifetime guarantee. Mike had the old opener removed and the new one up in about 2 hours. He went over the new opener and its features.
