Precision Garage Door Service Of Tulare

Technician came on time! Called to say he was on his way. We got the special price of $29.95 for a tune up. He was in and out in 10 minutes. It said it was a 25 point check..... I hope he did that in the 10 minutes he was here. All in all, we have no complaints. He was very nice and cordial.

Enrique made repairs very neatly and efficiently. Pleasant, polite and professional. On time and on task. Highly recommend.

Precision Garage Doors was fantastic! They were friendly, explanatory and prompt! They communicated every step of the way, from when they were going to get on the road over to my home to when they arrived, to my repair choices, to future maintenances. Our service repairman was Raul and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I am so grateful to Precision Garage Doors and I can honestly say that Precision Garage Doors will be the business that I will go to for my lifelong garage door needs and will definitely refer them to my friends and my family!

Oscar the tech was amazing. Walked me through the whole process. Super fast install and he had all the parts in his truck.

Our garage door didn't open all the way, opened just a half way. It was stuck. So I called Precision that just popped up first on Google when I searched for a garage door repair service. Called them around 1:30pm and the technician came around 3pm. It was very fast and reliable, which I was impressed with. The technician (Jose) politely and professionally explained to me what needed to be fixed and replaced. He seemed that he knew what he was talking about. Even though the price was so high, I agreed to let him do the repair service. The repair included replacement of springs, anchor, bearings, cable, drums, tube and rollers. We didn't have to replace rollers, but we thought why not upgrade those plastic rollers to nylon rollers for smooth and quieter movement. It was a good time to change after 10 years of use of the current plastic rollers. So it was a big change of whole components. It took the technician less than 1 & 1/2 hours to finish that work. A whole service he provided was great and satisfactory. Only thing I am not sure about is the price. I paid $2,500 with 5 year warranty. Wow! Is this the normal price for the garage door repair nowadays?? I didn't have a chance to compare the price with other vendors. My daughter tells me that she paid much less than this price for the similar service to other repair service people several years ago. Even taking recent inflation into account, I can't help but feel that I'm still being overcharged. I believe this Precision Garage Door Service is a reputable and trustable company, but if you can compare the price for the same service with other companies, I strongly recommend you to do so.
