Had to have a new garage door opener installed. The service tech (Manuel) was knowledgeable, helpful, and had the job done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company!

Bryce Dias with Precision Door is a phenomenal representative for the company. We've been putting off getting our garage fixed up for a few years now - it's an older home and, since we moved in, the main garage has been screamingly loud and the smaller third car garage door has been completely out of service. Bryce arrived within the expected window and did a thorough inspection. He explained clearly and with no sales pitch what he was seeing, what the impacts were, and what potential solutions might be. He laid out three potential paths with their respective price points, and was clear from the jump that 1. there was no expectation to do anything right away, 2. the price included service + warranty, and 3. Precision could offer payment plans should we need them. At no point did I feel I was being sold to: Bryce was professional, experienced, and patient. We ultimately did decide to move forward same-day, and Bryce jumped in right away. He worked carefully, and was kind enough to tidy up the hack job that had been completed before our time. It's been a few days since he visited and (more than once) we've gone outside just to open, close, and re-open each door - sometimes simultaneously! It's a great thrill. One might argue we should get some friends, but garage doors are a great placeholder in the meantime. Our wallets are sad, but our ears are happy and our minds are at peace knowing we're in an overall safer environment - and that we have a warranty for anything unexpected that might come up in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Bryce! We hope to never see you again but know that you'll be here if we need it! :)

Heads up to technician Enrique Elvira who came by at 5:00 pm Friday, start of Memorial weekend to put band aid on our failing door while waiting for delivery of new door from Prestige. For new door coming, we were attracted to Precision for the lifetime hardware package option and great assistance from Jerry Harmon.
