I had been fighting with my garage door for weeks with it not wanting to close and throwing sensor errors. I finally gave in and called a couple places. Precision was able to come out same day and take a look, the tech was very friendly and professional and ran through everything with me right there on site. He showed me the manufacturer date on my opener, it was about 12 years old. He even explained it didn't appear that the sensors were going out because he wasn't seeing the typical signs so he wasn't completely sure why the door kept refusing to close. He offered me several solutions and given the age and clunkiness of my system I just opted to replace everything but the door since it came with a lifetime warranty and they could do it that day. They got it done in under 2 hours and it looks terrific. Gave me all my paperwork, I tested it and couldn't believe the difference, I can barely even hear the door open and close now it's so smooth and quiet. The cost lined up with some other rough quotes I gathered from the 2 other companies I called, Precision was in the middle so I don't feel I drastically overpaid. It was a good experience and I'd use them again in the future.

Schedule an apt last minute. There was a window within a couple hours. Josh showed up right at the beginning of that window. Called in advance to let me know he was on his was. When he arrived he went over several options after I described the issue and he did a quick inspection. Josh worked with me to get things down to a reasonable price. The install took less than an hour. Maybe just 30m. He adjusted the sensors. Reset the opener cause it was acting funny. Went over the install with me.
