The technician, Oscar needs to be commended & given a raise. It’s employees like him that make companies money. On time, good communication, knowledgeable, didn’t push his sales pitch which was a good move in this economy . Although the final price was slightly over phone estimate, it was reasonable & they did gouge me. I tried to use a local small business garage door company but their initial service fee was ridiculously high. Highly recommend Precision

Great customer service! I called them at 9pm and they were able to schedule an appt. for the next morning. Our technician Enrique was awesome! Very professional and courteous. He even offered to correct the wiring on our garage motor that we had installed ourselves. Not only did he fix the broken parts, but now my garage door works better than before.
