Precision is awesome! I called them after another company was unable to fix my garage door. The technician Raul immediately identified what the other company did wrong, and fixed my door easily. Dispatch was responsive and had the tech out quickly. I was notified when he he was on the way both by phone and text with a picture so I knew who to expect. Once here, he was knowledgeable, respectful and I had total confidence in the work.

I requested a tuneup, but the tech showed me where our 35 year old door was falling apart at the seams! I placed the order and the delivery date changed three times. When the installer arrived, the new door was correct, but the windows weren’t the ones I ordered. However, I liked these windows better than what I ordered, so everything worked out just fine. All of the employees were polite and worked efficiently to make things right. I’m satisfied with the results.

Our house was in need of a more modern garage door. I seen their add on TV one night and done some research. Scheduled a consultation. This went well, the rep took lots of measurements, pictures, and gave use a quote on the spot. The next morning, we accepted the quote, paid the deposit and the appointment was made. The next day we received an email that claimed the door had to be ordered from the manufacturer and delivery time was 3-4 weeks out. They claimed to have a different style in stock at a reduced price. We accepted and an appointment was made for the following Monday for installation. The real fun began on Monday when the installer showed up and had no clue he had to do some construction work to adapt the new roll up style door to the old swing up door. I am not sure where the lack of communications came into play but the installer took all kinds of measurements and pictures again and said he would have to reschedule. He showed back up on Thursday and started in on the process. I really give the installer credit for turning this into a positive process, he communicated everything with me that he had to do to the garage to make this door fit. After that we now have a beautiful new garage door along with a new garage door opener at what I feel was a reasonable price for what they had to do. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is I don't feel I should have had to take 2 days off to complete this project.

Bryce, the technician explained what was wrong with my garage door opener and what would have to be done to repair it. My garage door works great now and is super quiet when opening and closing. I highly recommend this company.
