The Precision Garage Door technician was on time (a few minutes early actually!) and he was very well trained. He diagnosed the issue and had multiple options ready to install within 30 minutes of arriving. He was able to replace the spring and repair a few other items of concern that needed to be addressed. All in, he was here less than a couple of hours and our door is working better than new! I will definitely use Precision Garage Door for all my garage door needs in the future

I recently installed a brand new retractable garage door 16 ft. I learned that I needed to have a double spring with that length of a garage door. The install the original install was actually one spring was installed and that was appropriate for a 10-ft model. Anyway, I explained my problem to Zach. He explained my choices and the actual outcome that I would have if I left the situation the way it was originally installed anyway I elected to refit my garage door with a second spring. Anyway, he came. He did a professional job. The price was a little iffy $800 Plus but I'm satisfied. I was kind of disappointed in the first company that came to install my garage door opener because they replaced my door along with the springs and the rails and the rollers and everything but he only put one spring on there so I was kind of disappointed in that. Anyway, the problem was fixed. Right now I'm sitting with two springs and I understand that I have a 5-year guarantee so I'm happy The moral of the story is make sure the company that you hire the first time is the right company. If not, you will end up having to fix their mistakes and pay the difference in my case. $800 plus extra.
