Very happy with the repair process. Arrived promptly, located the problem, which could have been a dangerous issue. Was able to repair & replace all that was needed, provided new wheels & lubricant to all parts. Replaced the spring as well. All work was completed in a little over an hour & came with lifetime warranty. Good job!!

Needed a quote for a garage door and booked for this Friday, but changed my mind after 30 minutes (oops) and called to see if they could come the next day instead. It was already late afternoon so I wasn't expecting much, but the agent on the phone (Derek?) surprised me and said he could get someone to me today within a few hours if I'd like! Fast forward an hour and I had a friendly consultant named Tony come by. Very professional and friendly, and what he quoted felt very reasonable. He also gave me options depending on my budget. Would highly recommend reaching out to them if you need repairs or a replacement.
