I couldn’t be more impressed with Precession Garage Door. When I first called they had a technician to my house within the hour. His name was Isaac and he gave a succinct assessment of the problem. An installation of a new garage door was scheduled for the following morning. aThe installer, Michael, was very efficient, polite and i formative. Overall, excellent customer service. Again, I was so impressed by the speedy solution to my garage door needs.

My garage doors railing was accidentally hit by my trucks side view mirror, causing it to miss aligned and thus making the track wheel off to its track. And Mr. Sebastian from Precision fixed it up in a matter of few minutes. Great!!!

Josh keep us informed and arrived on time. The garage door was not going down all the way he troubleshooted the door and came to the conclusion our nine year-old garage door opener was wore out. Josh explained to me all the options. I decided to go with a new opener and two hours later the door is going up and down, smooth Silk. Josh had everything on his truck and was very professional. Scotty was in my neighborhood repairing a neighbor's garage door. Asked if he could stop by when he was done. He came by checked out my doors operation and then explained the necessary repairs and cost. He made all repairs in a timely manner. I'm not familiar with typical repair cost but "thought" Precision's prices were a little high. However, It was 6 PM when Scotty came by and he made all repairs to my satisfaction. I'd call Precision again with no hesitation.

Easy to book, straightforward pricing. I am mostly impressed by the level of knowledge in the technician Mike that came out. Great customer service and knowledge of his trade.
