Called Precision Door Service on Saturday morning and by that afternoon Sebastian came out showed us what was happening. We ended up buying a new garage door (it was about that time) and Monday morning Alejandro came out and installed it. We are pleased and thankful for their professionalism.

Last year Precision installed new springs and a garage opener. I had them come out and do a maintenence because the garage door seemed loud and squeaky. I was told the rollers needed to be replaced. The technical Enrique was professional and he took pride in his work.
