While they were all pricey, they were detailed and easy to understand. Sebastian even gave me an estimate for some new openers that I had been wanting, but didn't push the sale. He focused on the repair for which he was there. I made my choice of estimates, and he was off to the repair. Had everything he needed and was finished within an hour, despite a 1-hour time goal. From the phone call to the end, I was helped within a day of breaking the spring on our main garage door. Offered help in the future and a great warranty.
