These guys are absolutely amazing!! Sebastian in particular, got to our house early, called us 40 min before to give us time to clear the area and fixed our broken spring in less than an hour! He's fast, efficient and explained everything to us in detail before starting. The pricing is totally on point and didn't charge an arm and a leg for coming out in less than 24 hrs of calling them. I phoned Precision Door at about 10:30 spoke with a very nice and helpful lady and set up an appointment to fix our non-working opener. In less than an hour Sebastian was here and he was not only friendly and courteous but very knowledgeable and helpful. We agreed that the opener unit definitively needed replacement and he went right ahead and started the replacement process. I definitely recommend him and his work He is very professional and just a nice pleasant person to have here for the work that needed to be done. He deserves a ‘5’ Star (or more!) rating.

From our initial call last night, the receptionist was very helpful in getting the quickest appointment possible & also gave us the choice of an emergency appointment with additional fee. Davidson Maldonado texted us this morning & was very informative especially that we should have had 2 springs on our garage door instead of only one & told us that we were lucky that we were not injured or our new car demolished. He performed the new spring installation in a timely manner & informed my husband of the warranty plus put a new keypad on which was not done when we had the new garage door opener installed. This is the second time we have used Precision & have been very pleased to this date.

Called to make an appointment and they showed up 20 minutes later. Sebastian was not only very knowledgeable and good at his job but also very personable and friendly. He helped us fast, explained what he did and why it went wrong, and checked the other garage doors also for damage. Great first impression, will recommend to friends and family in the future.
