    Scotty was in my neighborhood repairing a neighbor's garage door. Asked if he could stop by when he was done. He came by checked out my doors operation and then explained the necessary repairs and cost. He made all repairs in a timely manner. I'm not familiar with typical repair cost but "thought" Precision's prices were a little high. However, It was 6 PM when Scotty came by and he made all repairs to my satisfaction. I'd call Precision again with no hesitation.

Josh explained to me all the options. I decided to go with a new opener and two hours later the door is going up and down, smooth Silk. Josh had everything on his truck and was very professional.
